This package is ideal if you have already set a date, selected a venue, and secured some of your vendors but need assistance with hiring the rest of your team. The SQN Essential™ package ensures that your vision for your wedding is put-together and consistent. It includes everything in the SQN Fundamental™ package and is then customized depending on your additional requirements.

Services may include some or all of the following, depending on your specific needs:

• Providing a line-item budget and detailed planning checklist
• Recommending vendors*
• Reviewing vendor contracts
• Attending vendor appointments as necessary
• Ensuring that every element of your event is consistent with your approved vision/design, down to the smallest detail
• Stuffing, stamping, and mailing save-the-date cards and/or invitations
• Arranging hotel accommodations and transportation for out-of-town guests
• Assembly and/or delivery of welcome bags
• Additional consultation via email or phone during planning process, as necessary
