If you require only minimal services or assistance, SQN Events offers its vital experience and expertise at an hourly rate.

Out-of-Town Guest Coordination

If your guest list includes many people who will need to travel, SQN Events can help ensure that their travel and accommodations are simple for them to arrange. We will negotiate reduced rates with airlines and hotels, identify and arrange for local transportation, coordinate welcome baskets, etc.

Hair, Makeup & Wardrobe Coordination

SQN Events can handle all of the details of scheduling hair and makeup artists and/or a personal stylist for the day of your event. We work with several different stylists, ensuring that we will match you with the professional(s) who best fit your needs.

Fashioning Unique Items for Your Event

Make a statement at your event with handcrafted touches such as table numbers and place cards, programs, favors, scrapbooks, etc.

Fundraising Events

We realize that every dollar counts when raising funds for a cause that is close to your heart, and we want to be able to help you make the money you spend on your event go even further. Sine Qua Non: Special Events, LLC is proud to offer special pricing for consultation and on-site management of events hosted by not-for-profit organizations. With our expertise, industry connections and years of experience raising funds for various organizations in the Chicagoland area, SQN Events will make your event stronger – and ultimately more successful.

We are available for hourly consulting to help you better plan and manage your event, or can alleviate all of the pressure of relying on volunteers to fulfill the role of event planner with one of our specialized packages.
